Agreement to Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of the website (“Site”). Cancellation and Refund Policy

TH’s cancellation and refund policies are:

1. A 12-month commitment is required for HIPAA Prime™. After 12 months, the agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis.
2. You must give 30 days’ notice before canceling an agreement.
3. To cancel, you must email THC at support@TotalHIPAA.com.

Force Majeure

In no event shall TH be deemed to have breached these Terms and Conditions for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, if and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by any circumstances beyond TH’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, pandemic, epidemic, explosion, war, terrorism, invasion, riot or other civil unrest, strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances, or passage of law or any action taken by a governmental or public authority, including imposing an embargo or blackout.
